In response to the the disaster-affected community, Dahana, distributed basic necessities to residents affected by flash floods and landslides in the Cisolok and Cikakak Districts, Sukabumi Regency, West Java.
The aid was handed over directly by Dahana’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Manager, Ismail Kurbani, on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Major Disaster Emergency Response Post located at the Cisolok District Office.
“This aid is a form of corporate social responsibility to the community affected by this disaster. We hope this assistance can ease the burden on the victims and help meet their basic needs during the emergency response period,” said Mr Kurbani.
The aid distributed included ready-to-eat meals, blankets, baby diapers, mineral water, and various other essential necessities urgently needed by the affected residents.
The Head of the Sukabumi Regency’s Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Drs. H. Eki Radiana Rizki, M.Si., expressed his appreciation for PT Dahana’s concern for the disaster-affected community.
“We thank PT Dahana for their swift action in providing assistance to residents in the Cisolok and Cikakak areas. This kind of support from the business sector is crucial in accelerating post-disaster recovery,” said Mr Rizki.
Through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) program, Dahana consistently distributes social assistance to the community, including humanitarian activities, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation. This rapid response to disasters is part of Dahana’s commitment to contributing to helping communities around its operational areas and in other areas in need.
